3. Information on our website

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, website content is provided for general information only and may change without notice.

Service descriptions, prices, offers, availability and appointment options may be updated from time to time. We recommend contacting us directly if you need confirmation before booking or purchasing.

Information on our website should not be treated as personalised advice. Any decision about suitability for a service will be discussed as part of the booking, consultation or appointment process.

4. Bookings and appointments

Appointments may be booked through our website, online booking system, by phone, email or in person.

When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. It is your responsibility to make sure your contact details are correct so we can send booking confirmations, reminders or important service updates.

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse, rearrange or cancel a booking where necessary, including where:

  • The service is not suitable for you.
  • Required information has not been provided.
  • A staff member, practitioner or treatment room is unavailable.
  • There are health, safety, operational or legal reasons.
  • Payment or deposit requirements have not been met.

5. Consultations and suitability

Some services may require a consultation, form, patch test, assessment or suitability check before the service can be provided.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking or consultation process. This may include relevant health-related information where it is needed to assess suitability.

We reserve the right not to provide a service if we believe it is unsuitable, unsafe, inappropriate, or not in your best interests.

6. Consent forms

Before certain services are provided, you may be asked to read and sign a consent form or complete a consultation form.

We may be unable to provide the requested service if the required form or consent is not completed.

You are responsible for reading all information carefully and asking questions before agreeing to proceed.

7. Patch tests

Some services may require a patch test before your appointment. If a patch test is required, we may not be able to carry out the service unless the patch test has been completed within the required timeframe.

If you do not complete a required patch test, your appointment may need to be rearranged or cancelled.

8. Cancellations, rescheduling and missed appointments

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Our cancellation and refund policy requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

We may apply a cancellation, rescheduling or missed appointment policy where appointments are cancelled late, changed at short notice, or not attended. Any applicable deposit, booking fee or cancellation charge should be explained at the time of booking or through our booking system.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten, rearrange or cancel your appointment. In some cases, charges may still apply.

9. Deposits and booking fees

A deposit of 20% of the treatment cost is required to secure a booking. Consultation fees and treatment courses must be paid in full upfront at the time of booking.

Deposits and booking fees may be non-refundable if you cancel late, do not attend your appointment, or fail to meet the booking requirements.

Any deposit, booking fee, consultation fee, or treatment course payment terms will be shown or explained before payment is taken.

Deposit amounts may be reviewed and changed at any time.

10. Prices and payments

Prices may be shown on our website, booking system, in the clinic, or confirmed by our team.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect a booking already confirmed, unless there has been an obvious error or a change requested by you.

Payment may be required before, during or after your appointment, depending on the service, product or booking method.

We accept the payment methods made available through our clinic or booking system.

  • Use our website to submit false, misleading or harmful information.

We may update, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time.

11. Offers, promotions and packages

Offers, promotions, discounts, packages and memberships may be subject to separate terms.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • Offers are subject to availability.
  • Offers may be changed, withdrawn or extended at any time.
  • Packages or courses must be used by the person they were purchased for, unless we agree otherwise.

Where a specific promotion has its own terms, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

12. Products

Products may be available to purchase through our website, booking system, clinic or other approved sales channels.

Please check product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before buying.

Product availability, packaging and prices may change from time to time.

13. Refunds

Refunds will be considered in line with your consumer rights and the specific product, service, package, deposit or booking terms that apply.

We may not be able to offer a refund where:

  • A service has already been provided.
  • You changed your mind after receiving a service.
  • You did not attend your appointment.
  • You cancelled late.
  • A product has been opened, used or is not in a resaleable condition, unless faulty.
  • A package, offer or deposit was sold on specific non-refundable terms.

This does not affect your legal rights.

14. Results and expectations

Results can vary from person to person and may depend on individual factors, lifestyle, aftercare, suitability and the type of service provided.

We do not guarantee specific results. Any examples, images, descriptions or information on our website are for general guidance only and should not be treated as a promise of outcome.

You should follow any aftercare or preparation advice provided to you. Failure to follow advice may affect your experience, results or suitability for further services.

15. Aftercare and responsibility

You agree to follow any preparation, aftercare or safety instructions given by us before or after your appointment.

You should contact us as soon as possible if you have any concerns following a service.

We are not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare advice, failure to provide accurate information, or actions taken outside our guidance.

16. Age restrictions

Some services may only be available to clients aged 18 or over.

Where appropriate, we may ask for proof of age before providing a service. We reserve the right to refuse a service if suitable proof of age is not provided.

For anyone under 18, parent or guardian consent may be required, and some services may not be available.

17. Children and guests in treatment rooms

We are a child-friendly clinic; however, for health and safety reasons, children are not permitted in any treatment rooms. This policy is in place due to the presence of specialist equipment, sharp instruments and our insurance requirements.

Guests are also not permitted to remain in the treatment room during a client’s appointment.

For teen facial treatments, one parent or legal guardian may accompany their child in the treatment room throughout the appointment.

18. Memberships and subscriptions

If we offer memberships or subscription plans, these may be subject to separate membership terms, including payment dates, minimum terms, cancellation rules, included services, benefits and exclusions.

Please read any membership terms carefully before signing up. If there is a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and specific membership terms, the membership terms will apply to the membership.

19. Online shop and third-party booking/payment systems

Our website may link to third-party systems for bookings, payments, forms, product purchases or finance/payment options.

These third-party systems may have their own terms and privacy notices. Please read them carefully before using those services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms or systems that we do not control.

20. Gift vouchers

If gift vouchers are offered, they may be subject to separate terms, including expiry dates, service restrictions, transfer rules and refund conditions.

Gift vouchers cannot usually be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

21. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the matter.

You can contact us by email at Info@manchesteraesthetics.com, by phone on 0161 222 3890, or by writing to us at our clinic address.
